The Talvi Air has 10 times lower resistance to breathing compared to cloth gaiters, so you won't have to slow down.

Care
Fabric Gaiter: Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Air dry.
Breathing Insert: Hand wash in warm soapy water. Air dry.
